Frank, How many of Agility's products are certified products? Is your COFL certified? Even though you developed ISL and MISL, according to the conference document you cannot demonstrate it. You can only show ISL and MISL. Not even PPS, e-Kanban or Propagtor. And unless you are a MAPICS Services affiliate, you cannot talk about your services. Did I read that document wrong? Because if I didn't, there maybe some very lonely vendors at this year's conference. In the 15+ years that I have attended, there was only (maybe) one instance of a problem from a vendor. Even that was harmless. Granted, I do see everything that goes on there. But it seems to me that MAPICS is more concerned with filling there pockets with vendor dollars, than having customers satisfied with solutions that MAPICS cannot, has not or will not provide. Sorry if this sounds harsh but if you do not know me, I enjoy working with MAPICS software and I think that there are better than most products out there. However, in the last few years, they seem to be more concerned with everyone else BUT their customers.
