What is the error message that you are getting? Does the joblog tell you
anything? Do you have logicals in a different library than the MAPICS
physical files that they are over?

Subject: RE: Problems updating an environment

Has anybody else had issues with updating an environment? Every time I
attempt what should be a simple procedure it feels like I'm trying to
push water uphill! In our test system, we try to keep a fairly
up-to-date copy of both our Mapics production environment(XA R6) and a
copy of our custom libraries. When the environment update fails(as it
usually does) I end deleting and recreating the environment. Since I
see nothing in the archive section of Midrange, I'm assuming I'm simply
missing something here. Thanks for any help.
