RE: WHSLC in ITEMASA and ITEMBL

Peter,

The whse default stocking location in ITEMAS isn't used for anything that I
know of anymore.  I think it's a carry over from the old days when I/M had
to be supplemented with L/LM (Location/Lot Management) if you wanted
location control.  S/36 MAPICS II days.  I'd be pretty comfortable in
saying that you can do whatever you want with it - we use it for our custom
cycle counting process - have done so for about 10 years, with no adverse
affect.
