WHSLC in ITEMASA and ITEMBL

Hi list!  Ready for the weekend!!!

I need to test that the value in the ITEMASA for the warehouse default location
(WHSLC ) IS NOT USED as the OFFICIAL warehouse default location IF THE ONE IN
ITEMBL IS BLANK.

I was about to start doing the research but I thought that maybe my friend in
the list may give me some light in this issue.
