Phillip, Yes you can. Crystal has a feature called subreports that lets you extract data from two or more unrelated databases and then combine the data. You get the illusion of one report. Of course, notrhing is free in a computer system and it takes longer to generate reports because you are really running two reports and then combining them. Subreports also let you link databases that are not normally linkable. For example you can link COM's numeric customer number with IFM's character Entity ID without resorting to a macro.
