Mark, If you set them up as uncontrolled floor stock, at zero cost, they will have no impact on your inventory or the orders. We have a similar situation, and that's how we handle them. We have several expense type items that we have set up as item type 9 (user defined) with an inventory code of 2 (misc.). We don't want these items affecting inventory but we do need them in bills of material. Any ideas on how we can attempt this?
