When I was working with the shop packets with bar codes--I used .2 down
and
.2 across. This gave me about 1/2 inch movement both ways so it would
not
chop off the right and bottom. If you go too far it will ignore because
it
knows it cannot fit on the page. WE use this W-2 form also and changed
the
overflow to 66 and 85. We print on HP5000. My laser is not IPDS and is
setup on the 400 as AFPDS. Hope this helps!

I went into printer override maintenance and changed the following for
the 4-up W2 Laser Form, but it didn't appear to do anything:

Front margin:

   Offset down . . . . . . . . . > 10 0-57.790, *DEVD

   Offset across . . . . . . . . > 20 0-57.790

Ideas?

In Mapics--Cross Apps--Change Printer file. There are places to change
the
top and left margins. Let me know if you need more help.

When printing W-2's to a lan-attached HP IPDS Laser printer, we find
that we need to tweak the margins or offsets(?) in order to properly
align the forms. We need to start a bit higher on the page and increase
the left margin. Not sure how to do this, any suggestions?

Thanks all.
