John, Please explain how an enhancement request gets onto the survey. What is the mechanism to request an enhancement? Greg -----Original Message----- From: John Navarre [mailto:John.Navarre@mapics.com] Sent: Monday, December 09, 2002 2:55 PM To: mapics-l@midrange.com Subject: A Note about MAPICS Enhancements This is a multipart message in MIME format. -- -- [ Picked text/plain from multipart/alternative ] I wanted to ensure our customers are aware of the customer requested enhancements which are now available. MAPICS has revitalized it's enhancement process and over the past 1 1/2 years has delivered over 70 green screen enhancements. A description, of the enhancements, is in downloadable SH14371. Some of these enhancements have been a direct result of the input received from some of the people attached in this conversation stream. All of these enhancements are a direct request from MAPICS customers. Last June, a survey was taken and our customers prioritized the enhancements which would be most relevant to their business. Many are already complete and available, we have a target completion date of the end of December, for those remaining. In January, another survey ballot will be made available, so we can begin our next round of customer requested, value added enhancements. I invite you to review SH14371 to see what enhancements are ready for you today! Just log on to http:// www.support.mapics.com and download SH14371. Please also participate in our next survey in January. -- [ Content of type image/gif deleted ] _______________________________________________ This is the MAPICS ERP System Discussion (MAPICS-L) mailing list To post a message email: MAPICS-L@midrange.com To subscribe, unsubscribe, or change list options, visit: http://lists.midrange.com/cgi-bin/listinfo/mapics-l or email: MAPICS-L-request@midrange.com Before posting, please take a moment to review the archives at http://archive.midrange.com/mapics-l.
