Do your users ever place their cursor on a field then press F1 for help to get an idea of what the field is used for? If you turn off MUI, you turn of field context help. To get it back in place is a bear. I'd think twice about turning it off as it is a tool your users should be using every day. Just wanted to warn you that you will be impacting your users big time.
