Are you really sure you don't use MUI?  Do your users ever place their
cursor on a field then press F1 for help to get an idea of what the field is
used for?  If you turn off MUI, you turn of field context help.  To get it
back in place is a bear.  I'd think twice about turning it off as it is a
tool your users should be using every day.  Just wanted to warn you that you
will be impacting your users big time.
