I have not run across that. But working with Synon for years, and that is what was used to write COM. Synon used a scroll limit to set how many records it will look at before it pauses and gives the user the option to continue, by using the page down key (Scroll forward). The limit is compiled into the source, unless MAPICS has implemented their own way of handling this. If the scroll limit was set at 99,999 you would have to scroll forward three times (if my math is right) to search all 375,000 records. John Ross At 03:57 PM 12/9/2002 -0800, you wrote:

When I use it in Release 5.5 and 6, we get a blank screen with the message at the bottom with something like "Scroll forward to find additional records". My customer has over 375,000 records in the file (about 5 years) and the Invoice Date being subsetted has over 300 invoices.
