Joan,

Try looking under Inquiry.  I believe the option is 4 or 5 for the Executive 
inquiry screen.  It has the total sales, plus orders, pending shipments, etc.  
You might find it will fit your executive needs.  Sorry I don't have access to 
an AS/400 right now or I'd give you the exact path. Hope this helps.
