Thank you guys. We have ROBOT and I did not think about that. However, the management wants to use a program to handle this instead. It was not my task but I was just gathering information in order to submit it to the group and help a little. However; they are one step ahead already and they are developing some sort of a program solution for this issue. I guess is something similar to what Mr. Pete Olshavsky mention previously.
