Doug, My company is also running XA6 on a model 820 iSeries box and serves the MAPICS Browser via a MS Terminal Server to an overseas office. We have had no significant problems with the technical-side of the deployment and as a side-benefit, the Browser Service Updates (currently up to #31) are able to be maintained at a single-point (not individual desktops). This approach has also benefited our traveling/laptop PC users as well. We are considering using Microsoft Windows 2000 Terminal Server to support a remote location. This location will have the need to run all of the various Brower applications as well as FRX. Has anyone tried this with these applications? Was it successful or not? Are there any concerns or problems with reliability or performance? Any insight would be appreciated.
