With new technology out on the market today, you can create your own tag as
you are doing the physical from a wireless printer. The information you
want to place on that tag can be designed to your specifications. You might
want to investigate using a wireless system that give you a real-time
interface with your Mapics system along with a wireless printing solution to
create your tags on the spot to save time and money.

Subject: Physical Inventory

Is anyone out there doing anything clever to use MAPICS generated Physical
Inventory Tags to do their P/I? Last year was our first P/I, and seeing how
the
system generated ones were(8.5X11), we ordered tags and hand wrote them.

I'm sure you out there have a couple of great solutions...
