George, The LIFITR file only serves to print a LIFO report. If you don't use the report I think you can tailor the support out. Most do not use the function since it is pretty basic. Itemas, Itembl and SLQNTY are good starting points. There is also a SLRCPT file used during the inspection process. I believe the PO number is related to the inspection issue, relating the lot quantity to the po. It is old old function from preXA LLM but still in use. Don't forget IMHIST for history if you want to see that with the new number. What about the PCC, PDM and MRP issues? Changing item numbers will alter planned orders, product structures, etc...
