XA R6 PTF 3196 - nothing GUI

We have some items we manufacture in Whs 1 and sell only from Whs 4 to
specific customers -
a sort of consignment.

We are getting orders for these items placed on the incorrect warehouse.  I
have
tried using the Whs field in the customer master but this does not appear
to flow
through to the COM order.

I appreciate your suggestions.
