Consolidate BOL's without Consolidated Pack Lists

For various customers we need to generate a unique pack list for every
order even if they
are going in the same shipment (truck).  (Customer service also files a
copy of the packing list by order
but this is a minor issue resolved at the copy machine.)

Our shipping department would like to have a single BOL with the correct
weight.
Is there a way to do this or do we need to create our own BOL after the
fact?
