You can use an overlay to print what you need in the word format.

We would like to trigger the printing of a Word document right after the MAPICS 
packing slip is printed, on an item-specific basis.  Is anyone interfacing Word 
(or other PC software) with MAPICS?  Not sure if there's a user-exit that would 
accomplish?
