Is anyone running MPSP at CUM level 3196?  Do you have any information on
the plan orders flag being changed from Y/N to 1-4?  What do the different
options do?

1.  When required
2.  Not in MFG LT
3.  Not in CMFG LT
4.  Not in CMTL LT
