It would be a nice enhancement but I doubt if this late in MAPICS program life they will make any changes at all in this area. In our case resource constrained due to license issues we share the queues in one subsystem to limit impact on interactive. Now I would love it if they eliminated conflicts, put back PDM in release 6 (EPDM still a resource hog for light inquiry users), stabilized code before shipping new releases, worked on the performance bottlenecks in COM, rewrote COM to be usable and comprehensible, added real serial number support, did a genuine commissions worksheet, added APIs for IM transaction processing, do split terms invoicing, spiffed up purchasing and ap history, added serial numbers to the offline shipping enhancement, and many other things...
