RE: Payroll Remittance Advices to Laser Printer

We use Jetform, which recently was acquired by Adobe. We print invoices, AP
checks and purchase order acknowledgements on laser printer. HP(4050N)  A
good contact to discuss how to purchase and implement is,

Jetform works by monitoring the outq where form names are directed.  It then
applies the overlay and prints to the outq specified in the setup. You can
have the same form printing many places based on user id.  Printing checks
involves changing toner to micr cartridges and loading check stock.
