Hi Jim: The authors are correct. The program WCCUSR51 calls program WCSRVR20 (I can't believe I still remember this stuff) which includes the customer number and the help desk problem number. If you purchase the source code or send a request to Midrange Software to send you the source for these two programs, I would estimate it is about ONE hour or less to accomodate your change.
