I use Purchasing Quick Receiver from Midrange Software, (818) 762-8539.  It
earns its keep in our shop.  Not only does it print receivers it was
written
for people on the receiving dock.  You can search by Purchase Order, Item
Number, Item Description, Vendor Name, Vendor Number, Buyer or PO Date.
Once the order, item is found you select it then key in the quantity,
completion code and optional fields if you desire.  My receiving people are
happy.  The data entry errors are down and I'm happy.

What are others out there doing for a copy of a receiver, (a derivative of

P.O., perhaps?) to be printed out when product is received to dock so that

can follow the carton through inspection stops till into Stock room?

Am I missing something?  It seems like MAPICS wastes so much paper that

something that would be there already, in a tailoring question maybe?
