We use the MidRange PQR and it works quite well. In addition to the purchase
order information ours also shows any demands that might be in the system
for the received item.

You should probably look at Midrange Software's PQR Purchasing Quick
Receiver.  I have recommended it to every customer that I have worked at
since it came out.
