Then did a KBC evaluation to make sure the dialogue runs smoothly, etc. Once things looked OK, next step was to enter a test order. Usually after entering the end-item the dialogue begins. However it's not for the new end-item we're testing out. It seems we're missing a very small piece/switch of some sort.
