I have a client who uses MAPICS XA Rel 5 and is in the process of converting
to another ERP solution.  Their projected conversion date will be very close
to when their MAPICS support contract needs to be renewed.  Will they be
unable to access MAPICS the day after their software support expires?  Is
there a grace period?  What can they expect?
