Never delete a MAPICS file.  When you run a MAPICS
backup the APPLOG is suppose to be cleared.  I believe this function must
have been broken for a while, because there is a PTF out there for it.
Otherwise, you can CLRPFM for the APPLOG file if you don't use the MAPICS backup
menu option.
