I believe what you're looking for is:

Sales code . . . . . . . Regular credit sale
Credit code . . . . . . . A Allowance

instead of:

Sales code . . . . . . . Regular credit sale
Credit code . . . . . . . R Return to Inventory

On the primary screen for order entry.

Hope this helps.....james

The Item Availability screen show Credit Memos, etc. We have many Credit
Memos that are past due causing the system to show a net quantity in the
calculation even though these items have not been received and even if they
had would probably not be any good.

Does anyone have a way to omit Credit Memos from being used in the Item
Availability and Available to Promise calculations? Have I missed
something
in the manuals?

Thanks,
