Credit Memos in Item Availability -- MAPICS-L

The Item Availability screen show Credit Memos, etc.  We have many Credit
Memos that are past due causing the system to show a net quantity in the
calculation even though these items have not been received and even if they
had would probably not be any good.

Does anyone have a way to omit Credit Memos from being used in the Item
Availability and Available to Promise calculations?  Have I missed something
in the manuals?
