We have used EZPrint for about three years. It has a fax command that can be put
into the form you want to fax. Here are the parameters that can be specified:
Fax Number, Country Code, Directory Name, Optional Break, To Name, To Company,
Fax Resolution, Fax Priority, Fax Time (HHMM), Cover Sheet Notes, Cover Sheet
Name.
