Hi Keith Schwartz: My suggestion would be for you to set up a new customer number for the new surviving company (from the merger) and thereby retain records in the system for all three companies independently. I think it's clearer this way and it gives you a clean trail to specific transactions by either the current or former companies. If you merge the prior companies into a new company or into one of the surviving prior companys, you loose this trail or in the least, it get very blurred. It's a judgemental call. :-) If you decide to merge the data, I suspect that you would have to use a utility program (such as DBU or PDM) to modify the appropriate Mapics Master Files.
