I am interested in how different companies handle COM credit/ QA holds, etc.

When the MO has already been released and the COM order later goes on hold -
what internal procedures do you use to notify production and make sure that
they are not penalized for late production / delivery?

Do you pull the MO?  change the date?  etc.
