We are using it and it is working pretty well for us. We do have some issues (freight codes in IFM, automatic triggering of the ASN's) but we are pretty satisfied with what MAPICS has done so far and are looking forward to coming enhancements. If you have some specific problems, I'll try to answer them if our setup is similar.
