Sounds like an Item Unit of Measure issue (COM/File Maintenance/Unit of Measure/Item Unit of Measure Conversion) that we experienced with a customer that wold only submit P.O.s by 'cartons' instead of 'eaches'. An Item U/M Conversion had to be created for each of the items this customer purchased to make it work. Hope this helps.
