I believe Harris Data has a Human Resource Package. Also, I have seen a demo in 1997 from a company called Optimum. Optimum's Human Resource Application was a lot like Perms. I liked their demo but they did not interface with MAPICS Payroll. We use perms. Perms has points and bonuses in their attendance system. Perms also receives this information directly from MAPICS Payroll if it is installed. Unfortunately we have no experience with the points and bonuses. We simply use Perms to record the attendance events and when we feel it necessary we council the employee. This works very well for us. We are small company with about 250 people.
