I believe the file you are looking for is MNXTFILE.  You should be able to get 
a pretty useful query from it.

Does anyone know the files which hold Mapics authority information (or a
quick way to display them?)  I would like to query off of these files to
gain some information on user authorities...the report options Mapics
supplies doesn't offer what I am needing.
