× The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.
If you know of an easy to use, open source, search engine ... please contact support@midrange.com.

   It depends on whether you have chosen the questionnaire option to reuse 
batches or not.  If you are reusing transaction batches, you can do the MAPICS 
backup no matter what the batch status is (even "active").

   If you are not reusing batches, in general the batches must be at "finished" 
status.  (There are a few exceptions to this documented in the CAS Users Guide).
