Bryan,

Looks like an OS/400 bug to me.  MAPICS creates these things in QTEMP, but
the operating system is responsible for deleting them, either through the
CLRLIB that MAPICS does at startup or the deletion of everything in QTEMP
when your jobs end.  You either need to get a current cume for your AS/400
or, if you're already on the current one, report it to IBM.
