        Bryan, sadly, most security experts do not have to deal with the
day-to-day aspects of AS/400 operations, and therefore don't have to
deal with the many painful issues that level 40 brings to the table.
Don't get me wrong, I do believe that level 40 is the ultimate level to
be at, but there are a lot of items on the checklist that has to be
perfect before you can achieve that level.

        That said, it would seem that a system that runs every aspect of
our businesses would, from the get-go, encourage you to be as secure as
possible.
