MAPICS PTF's

I've been receiving PTF information from MAPICS E-Info service.  There are
quite a few that come across it on a daily basis.  I realize that some may
not be needed for functions we're not using, but they may be a prerequisite
for a future PTF.  My question is how are other sites handling this?  

Do you apply all, some, or only CUM tapes?  This could turn into a full time
position for someone if you include modification and testing.  TIA.
