The file is .iSeriesAccess/ibm_5250/Miscellaneous. I could only view the
file with a Hex editor. There are 22 values in the file. Byte 16 changes
from 00 to 01, when hotspots are highlighted.

Yes, I'd found it in the GUI, but I'm trying to determine how that
setting is recorded so I can roll it out across a number of desktops
and set as a system preference.
