For me, if it's quick... then just Eclipse and the RPG NextGen plugin. 
Not great, but it gets you there in a pinch, just don't try to compile 
from it... it seems to randomly select a source member to compile for 
that day. <lol>

For heads down... fire up W2K in VirtualBox and run WDSC/RDi and Client 
Access from there.

I've never had luck or good results with Wine and I stay away from that 
particular environment.
