2008/12/8 <dualwolf@xxxxxxxxxxx>:
Hi,

I recently installed both tn5250 and tn5250j in hopes to overcome a problem I am having with the IBM ibm5250 application on Ubuntu 8.10 with no success.

Everything installed and works, with one exception. When trying to use the Shift+F9 combination in the RPG debugger, it gives me the X indicating it's doing something, but never returns control. Could you tell me how to resolve this problem?

From what I remember one of the desktop effects (in Beryl/Compiz) had
Shift+F9 as its keyboard shortcut. I don't have that enabled on my
systems now, so can't see quite where it was. I have
tn5250/xt5250/x5250 working fine on both Ubuntu 8.04 & 8.10, for what
it's worth.

Regards, Martin
