New folder hierarchy -- LINUX5250

Hi

I finally updated the A5250 project to build with the new directoryhierarchy. Still not tested, since I changed job, I don't have access toa server.

The win32 build is still not working though, I guess Scott will have tofix it since my knowledge of Unix-like config tools are non-existent. Icould make a VC7.1 project but I guess that's not the preferred way ofbuilding it.
