I use map=37 for my keyboard
That has no effect on your keyboard. It maps characters from EBCDIC to ASCII.
my Question here is "what combination key I need to press to execute F13 key, F14 ...., F24" )
In most cases, it's Shift-F1 for F13, Shift-F2 for F14, etc. But, if you're having problems with that, I'll need to know which front-end to TN5250 you're using to help you further. Are you running this in X11, or are you running it from the (text-only) console? If you're running it from X11, are you using tn5250, xt5250, x5250 or gtk-5250?
