tn5250 for Windows terminated

I don't use the Windows version much, so I don't know if this is "normal" behavior or not. Help - About shows version 0.17.3. I signed off when I went to lunch and came back to an error message that had popped up. 

The title is "Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library"

Runtime Error!

Program: C:\Program Files\TN5250\TN5250.EXE

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
