Hi again,

I send you a new patch that simply defines a new function that returns false on enhanced query. It replaces the old one. It shouldn't crash anymore. I though James would have changed terminal.c to support NULL enhanced function pointer but I have been a bit too fast. :)

Your new patch works fine in HEAD. It doesn't work in b0-16 because some of the prerequisite code is missing from terminal.h. I've sent off another message complaining about the branches being out of sync :)

When this is fixed, I'll commit the changes.
