While doing a search for some resources regarding 5250 emulation, google
rooted out tn5250.py ... and I was amazed. This sounded like it was going to
be perfect. I hadn't noticed a python interface in my FreeBSD port... i went
back to look closer and there definitely didn't seem to be one. So I
downloaded the CVS version and it wasn't there either. So what was this file?

Of course I discovered eventually that tn5250.py (and related files) were
removed from the tn5250 CVS way back in 2001, and google must have been
showing me an attic file. Sigh! The note on that deletion says they were
going to be rewritten... but after all this time I'd assume the interface is
ancient history... ?

Just thought I'd fire a message to the list to see if anyone has anything to
say about it. (-:
