Are they signing off of the session before they shut the terminal off? And
closing tn5250.

What do you get when you do a 'dspdevsts devicename*" on the AS400? Do you
have a bunch of old still active devices? (am I way off here) if so can you
vary them off.

If that's the case you must have something similar in nature to what I have
setup (LTSP) tn5250 is run off a central server. If a user logs out or shuts
of the terminal without loging out and closing xt5250 it still runs (cause
it is runnin on the server and the server is still active) so when they
login the next time they are SOL.
